Twenty-one years ago, we opened Aerate1 Landscaping & Ponds with one thing in mind: doing lawn care right. We showed up on time. We cleaned up after ourselves. We treated every yard like it mattered. But somewhere in those early years, something shifted. Clients started asking us bigger questions. They wanted retaining walls. They wondered about drainage that actually worked. Then came the ponds—first a simple water feature, then koi ponds with real systems behind them. We realized lawn care was just the door.

So we learned. We got certified in koi pond design and installation. We studied paver brick work and drainage systems. We added outdoor lighting, retaining walls, spring and fall cleanups, stone and mulch services. Each time a client asked for something we couldn't deliver, we made sure it was the last time. We weren't trying to be everything to everyone. We were just trying to say yes when our customers needed us.
